Unify framework/app build process
Currently, apps are built via XCS (e.g. we extract them from archives), but frameworks are built via Carthage.
This is because:
- XCS can't build frameworks (see
📡21436293, 📡22482515, 📡17922318, apparently nobody cares no matter how many bugs I file)
- Building apps from CLI might be hard. We have to figure out where xcodebuild decided to store the archive. I suppose it's possible, but fuck it.
I guess maybe we should unify these in some way.
Complicating factors is the Swift package manager. I guess maybe we should wait until they get that sorted out before we decide what we're going to do.
